Their charts are wrong. I think they sent me one for a V8 instead of a V6. Anyway they refused to exchange or return because it was outside their 30 day return window even though they sent me the wrong part. Don't ever do business with this company, you will regret it.'

I bought a set of control arms that ended up being incompatible due to their site listing. Shipped them back per their RMA. They denied the request to return even though it's their fault. Later I looked at reviews (too late) and this is the common theme for them. Worst service ever. Customer service wasn't even apologetic and couldn't be bothered to capitalize their sentences... I dislike nothing! The product was delivered in very quick time. My order was for a SHORT sway link. A sway-link was delivered but, it is too long for my car. Perhaps, my mechanic is wrong in his specification. Thus far, I have found no shorter sway link at O'Reiley's, Autozone, KOI, etc.

This board I have found is run by companies posting fake complaints then extorting money by telling the company that they can get them removed for a fee. I have ordered from partsgeek mutiple time and have no issues. And I have called in to place every order. They do answer phones and emails.
