  I’m new tothe area and have been researching areas tobring mydog for while I’m atwork. After reading some reviews Iwas alittle hesitant due toseeing ahandful ofthem speaking poorly oncustomer service. When Iarrived topick upmydog, itlooked asif hewas separated from the others. When Itold the employee who Iwas pickingup, she went togo grab mydog, asI was Iwaiting inthe waiting area, Icould hear mydog onthe other side ofa closed door, afew moments later Iheard him yelp 3—4times, the worker then opened the door for him and just dropped his leash and left him alone ina room between the back ofthe business and where Iwas standing. She appeared afew seconds later and when Iasked why heyelped she said itwas because his collar was difficult toputon. She had nointentions ofmentioning his cry tome. Itake mydogs collar onand off daily and hehas never made asound indoingso. She then proceeded tonever pick upmy dogs leash and let itjust drag itbehind him out tothe waiting area. Mydog looked visibly exhausted and distraught when Ipicked himup. Iwas unimpressed bythe customer service and was left with avery uneasy feeling about the care myanimal was left inand unfortunately will not bereturning… – show

  This isthe best daycare inthe area. First, their operational policies are super convenient and the fact that you don’t have tohave anappointment makes italways reliable ina pinch. Plus the owner and staff absolutely love dogs, and often give you tips for ways tohelp your owndog. Ifthey notice something, they mentionit. Wehave been taking two dogs here for years, and they always love getting out onof the car torun inside. The owners doa trial tomake sure your dog will bea goodfit with the rest ofthe group. Ifa dog isn’t agoodfit, they let people know upfront sothey can find other options. That may not sit well for some people, but itensures the rest oftheir dogs have agood experience and our allowed toplay and enjoy theirday. Simplyput, they’re awesome and have made our lives much easier!… – show

  I’ve been coming here for grooming for over nine years with both ofmy small dogs. They are professional and truly care about the well being ofanimals. The owner has gone above and beyond tohelp out our pups ina time ofneed. Money cannot buy that! Grooming isno longer available, but the small and large doggy daycare isawesome aswell.

  We are soimpressed with Furever Friends. Our two boxers had anamazing time and were well caredfor. The owner was sosweet towork with uson our late pickup. Wewe’re given areport ofbehavior and water intake atpickup. Weare sograteful that our boys were loved onand wehad zero worries while wewere away. Ihighly recommend!

  Such agreat doggy daycare! The quality ofcare isfantastic and you can tell the employees really care about the dogs. Booking iseasy and they have noproblem working with hectic schedules. Mydog loves ithere!!

  Called ona Wednesday toinquire about boarding mydogs for the first time over the weekend. They were able toaccommodate meand were very quick tocontact myvet and get proof ofthe recommended vaccinations. Mydogs were taken great care ofand the cost was very reasonable!

  This doggy daycare has the rudest staff. Asa new paying customer they were not welcoming orkind atall.

  I tried this doggy daycare and was treated horribly. Iarranged todrop mydog off at6:30am the day before, and when Igot there the gates were closed. Icalled and the woman who answered very rudely said she wasn’t aware that Ihad arranged todrop mydog off and ifthe gates are closed itmeans they’re not open. When she agreed tolet medrop mydog off she didn’t greet usor welcomeus,

  she grabbed mydog’s leash and took her inside without saying anything tome, she was clearly annoyed. Not agood first impression atall for afirst time customer.

  The 2nd day wasn’t any better. When Idropped mydog off the same woman complained about how “accommodating” shewas, yet she still made noeffort towelcome meor mydog. She was extremely rude. When Ipicked mydog upthat afternoon the same rude woman said they doopen at6:30but ifI could give her until6:35orso, soshe can open the daycare and turn the lightson. Ifyou advertise opening at6:30that shouldn’t mean6:35orlater.

  Worst doggy daycare experience I’vehad. Definitely would NOT recommend.

  I got anew puppy afew months back and didn't realize how much attention she needed. Itwas hard leaving her alone because itwas traumatic. The staff atFur-Ever Friends gave Harper aton oflove and even sent her home with ajacket onthe firstday. They got myshy little baby playing, running and getting worn out with the other dogs. The staff are very nice and experienced. Ifeel fortunate that this place isavailable and amhappy totake Harper asoften asIcan.
