Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a District Sales Coordinator at Aflac. The DSC will be responsible for:
- Training & leading team members
- Driving new accounts by overseeing & leading prospecting pipelines & activity
- Insuring excellent customer experience & service
- Weekly team projections
- Team coaching according to performance metrics
- Identifying and capitalizing on account penetration and product line opportunities
- Collaborating with Brokers and Broker Sales Professionals
Qualifications
- current Arkansas Life & Health insurance license, or ability to obtain required
- Sales Coordination, Customer Service, and Communication skills
- Sales and Sales Operations skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
